NO PREP OUTLAWS is a no prep street-style class. 

 

This track class was designed to push racers to their limits on the nation’s only 330-foot drag strip at Street Legal Dragway in Perris, CA. 

 

Unlike traditional 1/8-mile or 1/4-mile tracks, this ultra-short distance requires split second reaction, instant acceleration and the ability to keep the car straight without smoking the tires to take the win.

 

What makes this class truly unique is the no-prep surface, which lacks the rubber and glue that typically enhance traction. This means high-horsepower cars can’t rely on sheer power alone—drivers must skillfully manage their setups to hook and go. The unpredictable track conditions create an exciting, high-stakes, and fiercely competitive racing experience, making every pass a true test of both driver and machine.
